I dont think we have any armorers high enough to do this. Your best bet would be to gather up the materials and have one craft it for you for maybe 500k or so. I know of one but you will need to talk to him, I can just get the ball rolling.
I can craft up the necessary ingots and leather for you to have ready for him. You just need to farm them or trade out some things you can farm for things I can get from leves.
Btw: there arent many +1's selling right now so it will be hard to come by and if they can craft it for you, I'm sure they will ask for more than 1mil for the help. Just letting you know man

Well like I said above, get the all the mats ready and then talk to several crafters and see who will do it cheapest for you because someone outside the LS will not do it for free unless they are nice like me.
I, for one, do think that getting all of the items is an issue. These are *costly* items both in price and in time.

Farm/buy the raw items, and then get LS members to help you synth them into necessary items. Looks like you're on your way here.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if a crafter requested to keep any +1 items he/she makes. This was common in XI. They would keep a +1 if they made it and remake a set for the person requesting the items.

Just make sure you clearly communicate your expectations with your crafter regarding any HQ items before you begin.
Well like I told you yesterday. I used 2 +3 items for a synth and got a regular out of it. Its very difficult to create a + item for the new gear because its so high level. Even if you supply +3 mats for them, Im sure they will want to charge you a buttload if they make a + item. Thats why its important to make nice nice with crafters… I make "nice nice" with Raina all the time^^
Let me give yous an example: I had a friend make me the Axe I currently have and he charged me 1/2 what the Market sells for. When I came back to have him add materia for me, I gave him an extra catalyst. At the time it was up for sale at 900k

Seriously though, work on a gathering job or farming. You could sell the mats and then buy other needed supplies, for example. If you keep talking about how "gimp" you are, no one's ever gonna take you seriously lol :)
btw, my fisher is only 30, and I do ok with some of the new mats. Just gotta plug away at it. And, you know, Jex just started mining. Being a lowbie sucks…yes, but try sitting next to Jexy while he curses at his pickaxe for three hours in a row… @.@
